Istanbul Day 2: Ortaköy and Bebek

 Good morning lovely readers, first of all thank you for being 300+ followers:) I am really excited every time my follower count goes over another 100:))
These are pictures from my second day in Istanbul, first of lunch at a waterfront restaurant in Bebek, I forgot the name, but I will update as soon as I know it. Then we went to Ortaköy checking out the little jewelry shops, which are definitely worth a visit, if you go upstairs some even make custom jewelry just for you.. that's why I can only show you my new purchases tomorrow.. After that we went to Istinye Park, which is a big mall that has everything form Hermes to Zara. On our way home we saw the most adorable little cat, I just had to put it up on the blog as well:)

First Night in Istanbul

Good morning lovelies, these are the first pictures from my trip to Istanbul. They were taken on the evening we arrived at the hotel and went to dinner in the BBQ-themed restaurant at our hotel. They have amazing food and I really liked the view, since you are sitting on the bank of the Bosphorus. 

So beautiful!:) 

Today we are off to sightseeing and I am really excited, especially for the Modern Art Museum and Topkapi Palace.

Flower Crown

This look is from last Friday, before meeting my girls for drinks and going out. I was at home, standing in front of the mirror in my shorts and t-shirt and thought something was missing, so I decided it was time to wear my flower headband, like I did here.
I really love it, and I got a lot of funny reactions in the club, a few asking if I was getting married;)

Now I am off to run some last minute errands and pack for my trip to Istanbul! I am so excited, I am definitely going to keep you updated via my Instagram (@thestyledepartment) and of course on the blog as well:)
